
The team will be a voluntary team of at least six people who will work on site alongside the Information team, taking on mainly admin jobs and helping to alleviate the workload of the Information team.
As part of the Customer Services Team you will be undertaking various admin tasks such as answering the phones, manning the help desk, and responding to delegate enquires.

You will have to supply your own accommodation but in return for your hard work we will provide all your meals (beginning on the morning day 1 to the evening of day 5) – what more could you want!
The minimum age is 18.
The team members will need to be available to work from day 0 plus attend a training day before the event. Please note if you are applying for Week A or Momentum you will need to be available until noon on Day 6 (Week A - 3rd August/ Momentum -24th August).
Full training will be given.
