One of the key values of Soul Survivor is to teach, model and encourage young people to pray for each other and wait on God's Spirit in times of ministry. The enabling team exists to make sure that this happens during our main meetings!

Every year Soul Survivor attracts thousands of people, so unsurprisingly not everyone is comfortable with church style meetings! The Fringe team are the chaps who go out of their way to make those on the edge of the event feel welcome!

3. friendly teams: prayer...
As well as model and encourage prayer ministry, we also have a specific prayer team on hand that will pray specifically with people. These chaps need to be friendly, a little chatty and used to praying through issues with people.

Know everything there is to know about all things Soul Survivor? Could you fashion tent pegs from twigs and be prepared to lend a cooking stove to a bunch of kids who forgot to bring theirs? Above all, are you friendly (and a deep sleeper)?

5. friendly teams: welfare...
Can you listen? Most people can, but not everyone is a good listener. The Welfare team relies on a posse of very good listeners who are sensitive, experienced and lovely chaps that are happy to guide people through some delicate issues.
