packdown
When everyone else is thinking about going home our Packdown team is just beginning to get going – packing up the venues, loading lorries, shrink wrapping and cleaning are just a few of the many small jobs around site that we need your help with. The teams’ main priority is to pack down Soul Survivor in a quick, efficient and safe way!
Our Packdown team is only available at Stafford and Momentum.
You will have to supply your own accommodation but in return for your hard work you will get a free place at the event and 3 meals a day from Day 4.
how old do i have to be?
The minimum age is 18.
what will my days look like?
You can attend the event as a normal delegate until Day 4 when you will be put to work packing down the site under the direction of our Production team.
when will i need to be on site?
Day 4 – 12pm on Day 7! There’s a meeting on Day 1 for all teams in the early afternoon followed by an individual team meeting where you’ll meet your team leaders and pick up your wristband! The times for these meetings will be confirmed closer to the summer but as long as you are there early afternoon you will be fine.
do i need anything extra to be on this team?
Physical strength, patience, enthusiasm and a means to get home a few days after the event finishes!

Please apply for your place on team online (we're no longer accepting team applications by post or email in 2012).
You can apply online using our booking system. If you haven't done so already you will need to register with our online system, then login. Book a place on the event of your choice and choose the option to book as a team member. It’s completely free to volunteer with us so won’t have to give any payment details.
