seminar recording
Soul Survivor records and videos all seminars in our programme but to do this we need a special team of people willing to press record! We call this our seminar recording team (see what we did there!). As well as recording and videoing all the seminars it is also the teams responsibility to duplicate these recordings for delegates who buy them on site.
You will have to supply your own accommodation but in return for your hard work you will get a free place at the event and all your meals (beginning on the evening day 1 – to the evening of day 5) – what more could you want!
how old do i have to be?
The minimum age is 18.
what will my days look like?
Your time will be divided between setting up the equipment & recording various seminars and being in the seminar recording office duplicating the masters. You will work about 8 hours a day and should be able to attend most main meetings.
when will i need to be on site?
Day 1 to midnight Day 5! There’s a meeting on Day 1 for all teams in the early afternoon followed by an individual team meeting where you’ll meet your lovely team leader and pick up your wristband! The times for these meetings will be confirmed closer to the summer but as long as you are there early afternoon you will be fine.
do i need anything extra to be on this team?
You don’t need any previous experience as full training will be given.

Please apply for your place on team online (we're no longer accepting team applications by post or email in 2012).
You can apply online using our booking system. If you haven't done so already you will need to register with our online system, then login. Book a place on the event of your choice and choose the option to book as a team member. It’s completely free to volunteer with us so won’t have to give any payment details.
