Thousands of people will be arriving on site on the day Soul Survivor starts. As part of the arrival instructions you receive, you will be given an arrival time slot depending on where you’re coming from. Sticking to this will really help keep traffic jams on the surrounding roads to a minimum and speed up your entry to site!
If you're coming by coach as part of a big group, then great, we love how you're trying to reduce your carbon footprint! As you may know, coaches and agricultural showgrounds don't particularly like each other, so if you are coming by coach, you might find these maps and guides helpful. They'll help calm the temper of even the hardiest coach driver...

When you arrive, go directly to the camping village that you’ve been allocated to (as explained in the arrival instructions email). Once you’ve set up you’ll need to move your car/bus/moped to the main car park. If you’ve paid in full then you should have your event wristband already. Just make sure its fastened securely and you’re free to enjoy the event!
If you didn’t get your wristband then make sure someone else doesn’t have it (wristbands will be sent to the ‘CONTACT’ on each booking) and give us a call to see what the query might be.
Wristbands are ONLY sent out to those who’ve booked and paid in full so if you don’t receive one then it’s likely there’s a query or money still outstanding... If this is the case, pop to the Information Tent when you arrive.
You may also not have received a wristband if you've booked fairly close to the event. If you've paid your balance in full it's likely we'll have your wristband printed off and waiting for you in the Welcome Tent. Just turn up with some ID and evidence of your booking and we'll unite your with a wonderful wristband with your name on it!
If you already have a wristband you don't need to register. Once you arrive you only need to come to Info if there is a query on your booking, you have outstanding fees, haven't got your wristband or you haven't booked on yet! If you’ve got a bit more time then see the booking section for details on how to pay off the balance of your booking BEFORE you come to site!
ONLY those people who have booked and paid in FULL prior to arrival, will be sent wristbands in advance. If you book fairly late and paid off the full balance you'll need to pick up your wristbands from the Welcome Tent when you arrive. If you haven't paid off the balance of your booking you will need to head to Information to sort everything out.
Its by far the best option to sort out any payments, substitutions or cancellations before you get to Soul Survivor. Once you arrive you will need to do this at the Info Tent – and you may need to queue.
Ring 0303 333 1333 to speak to a member of our team, or email full details to bookings@soulsurvivor.com to sort out any issues before you set off!
If you arrive late on Day 1 but you DO have your wristband and you DO know where you’re going to be camping then you don’t need to worry! Just pop your tent up in the right spot and head to the main meeting in the Big Top (running from 7-9.30pm ish).
If you have paid in full and don’t have a wristband then please arrive before 6pm and head to the Welcome Tent with evidence of your booking and some ID and we should have your wristband waiting for you.
If you haven't paid off the full balance of your booking then you'll need to head to the Information Tent when you arrive to sort things out and get your wristband.
If you arrive late (after 7:00pm) and haven't paid in full, head to Comms to purchase a £10 ‘no access to venues’ or a £15 ‘access’ wristband for the evening (both of these passes expire at the end of Day 1). These passes are refundable on confirmation of your booking by the info team the next day when you can pay off you balance and pick up your wristband.
If you are volunteering on team for the week then you will receive confirmation and arrival instructions by email and then you’ll collect your team badge and event wristband at your first team meeting (as explained in the arrival instructions email that you will receive). For more information on serving on a team at Momentum check the teams section of our site...
Please bring with you your event wristband (sent to the ‘contact’ on each booking) and it might be handy to have a copy of your booking paperwork in case there’s any problems. If you’ve paid but not received your pass then try and bring a copy of the payment confirmation and even a bank statement to say that money’s been taken – this will all save time on arrival.
1) A copy of your email booking confirmation
2) Some photographic ID
3) A tent (tent pegs and mallet)
4) Food (and something to cook with/in/on)
5) Clothes (including waterproofs and suncream)
6) Bible and notepad
7) Pocket money (the nearest cash point is at the supermarket down the road so bring enough to get you through the first couple of days at least..)
8) A camera to take some nice snaps with!
