f you have mobility issues we'd love to hear from you in advance to ensure you are allocated to the most convenient village for you. You can add a note on your booking form or call us at the office on 0303 333 1 333. On site, the Soul Survivor staff at Information, or any of the stewards, will be of assistance.
We'd also love to get feedback from you if you can think of any ways we could easily improve accessibility at our events. We're really keen to improve the experience of everyone who comes on site, so if you came in 08 or before, then do let us know how you got on, if there were any issues, and how we can better serve you! Click on the contact page to get in touch!
Guide Dogs are allowed on both sites and in all venues. Most of the venues on the sites are connected by relatively flat tarmac roads, with wheelchair access to the main venue.
Stewards are able to assist on venue entrance/exits. You can recharge your electric wheelchair/scooter at Information and there are accessible toilets and showers.
Sign language interpretation of our main meetings will be available during all Soul Survivor Weeks in 2012. If you have any queries or can help in this regard, do contact us and please let us know if anyone in your group is hearing impaired so we can make sure they are aware of all the provision on site available to them.
If you are bringing a child who requires an interpretor in kids sessions, contact the office before the event to see what might be available.
We regret that seminars are not signed.
First aid and volunteer doctors provide on-site medical assistance, while emergency services are aware of our event and provide rapid call out in an emergency situation.
For ongoing conditions there are local GPs in the area. Group Leaders are responsible for arranging transport to doctors or hospital for those in their charge.
