In total our summer events can attract up to 28,000 people over several weeks so it's inevitable that problems with bookings will occur. We're sorry if this happens to you and we know that organising big groups can be quite stressful, so we'll try and help in whatever way we can.
what to do...
The best thing to do immediately is to check our frequently asked questions pages to see if your query can be answered easily with information we have online.
We know that booking can be a pretty stressful experience, especially if you're a group leader and trying to collate information
from 30 different people (all of whom are teenagers and haven't provided you with any correct information about themselves). So, try the following stuff to help you get sorted!
1) We've tried to answer the most common queries in our Frequently Asked Questions section. Make sure you check it out.
