You can pay the balance of your booking online by logging into your account with our bookings system. Just head to www.soulsurvivor.com/uk/book to have a look around and make a payment.
If you have any problems logging in then click on the ‘trouble logging in’ link and follow the instructions. This system links directly into our database so if you have booked you will have an account, even if you haven't yet logged in or used it. If you booked via the post or phone, your username will be the email address you provided when you booked, so try the trouble logging in link and add that email address to begin!
If this still doesn’t work then give us a call at the office and we’ll try and solve the problem at our end (our number is below)!
If you'd rather not make a payment online you can send in a cheque for the amount outstanding. Please include a cover letter citing your booking reference number and also write this on the back of your cheque too.
