16. when and how do i get my wristband?

Wristbands will be sent in the post to the Contact of each booking in June/July. Please note that you will only receive a wristband if you have paid the balance of your booking in full.

Why haven't I got my wristband?

1) You still owe money. Wristbands can only be sent to people who’ve paid in FULL.

2) You're a volunteer serving on team . Those serving on team will NOT receive a wristband in advance but will collect their event and worker pass at their first team meeting.

3) You're a recent Booking. If you’ve added to your booking recently then you’ll receive the additional wristbands shortly.

4) You're under 12. Under 12s will collect wristbands when they register with their kids group on arrival day.(See kids info online for registration instructions for under 12s).

Get yourself sorted early...

Most problems arise because people leave everything to the last minute (don't panic we do this all the time). You'll be able to sort out any issues on arrival day (though you might need to queue), so, it's worth getting in touch with us before you come to site to deal with final payments, substitutions, cancellations or anything else complicated like that.

Teams
If you are volunteering on team for the week then you will receive confirmation and arrival instructions by email and then you’ll collect your team badge and event wristband at your first team meeting (as explained in the arrival instructions email that you will receive.)
