MONDAY 5TH MARCH
Villas to be vacated by 10am

You can arrive from 10am on Friday, use the pool from 2pm, access your villas by 3pm, and Momentum Registration will be open from 4pm in 'The Venue' on site.
When you arrive at Sherwood Forest on Friday 15th March you will check in through the Arrivals Lodge before being directed to park your cars in the Main Car Park. Whilst at the Arrivals Lodge you will need to know your name (this shouldn’t be too hard!), and you will be issued with your keys* for your villa and a map of the Village.
At 3pm you will be able to collect your cars from the main car park and drive to your accommodation to unload, you'll then need to park your cars back in the main car park.
The first meeting starts at 8pm on the Friday, so we’ve given you a little extra time to settle in. If you're at a loose end pop down a little earlier as the Resource Area is open from 7:30pm. There will be lots of time to get to know each other during our tea breaks and our very own bar on the Friday and Saturday night from 9:30pm – 11:30pm.
On departure, you are welcome to collect your cars from the main car park and drive to your villas to load your luggage and then park back in the main car park until departure (if you are staying until the Monday, accommodation needs to be vacated by 10am), and your villa keys will need to be dropped in the key collections boxes when departing the village.
*Please note: there are 3 sets of keys per villa, please don’t take more than you need as there may be others sharing your villa who need a set. You can always ask at the Arrivals Lodge who else is sharing your villa and then you can take them if you know everyone!
