4. info for those with special needs
If you, or someone in your group/family is coming to Momentum and has additional needs that we need to be aware of, please do get in touch before the start of the event to talk through how we can best serve you!
We do try and make sure everyone is catered for and has a great time. This is some of the extra stuff we put on for people with additional needs.
under 12s with special needs
Parents/guardians or group leaders accompanying an under 12 with special needs will need to complete a separate application form. This enables us to cater for your child as fully as possible in our kids groups ensuring they have the best possible experience of the event.

stuff for under 12's with special needs
For under 12s with special needs there is a range of provision on site depending on ability. Children are kept with their own age group unless requested otherwise. There is 1:1 care available but this must be requested in ADVANCE of the event. Please contact the Soul Survivor office for more information and to inform us of your child’s needs.
12's and over with special needs
It would be helpful if parents/guardians or group leaders accompanying 12s and over with special needs could also fill in the special needs application form. This helps us to get a better idea of who to expect at the events and to ensure the best possible experience.

This cell group is not open to general delegates so young people who are interested will need to register their interest in attending in advance of the events.
