1. event passes

Once you've booked on and paid in full we'll send you a final email with arrival and camping information (around a month before the event begins).

Please note: All correspondence and arrival information for will be sent by email. Event passes will be sent by post in June/July, so do look out for them. They are important!.

wristbands!

Your event pass for 2010 will be in the form of a wristband that will be sent to the booking contact in June/July. Your wristband has a sticky pad to fasten it (an easy to use, peel-off sticky bit)  – you don’t need to see anyone to register when you arrive, and you shouldn’t need any help fastening your wristband (your friends will hopefully help you out if you get a bit ‘stuck’).

useful tips for your wristband on site...

Without a wristband you cannot gain entry to any of the venues on site or even be allowed on site. There will be a charge for lost wristbands so even if it comes apart, hang on to it! And head to info for a replacement (free if you still have the original). Contact us if you are clever enough to lose your wristband before you come down to site.

why haven't I got my wristband?

1) You booked late. If this is you, you will need to pop into Information on arrival day and collect it.
2) Someone else has it. All wristbands will be sent to the Contact on each booking. Check with them before calling us!
3) There is a query on your booking (like an outstanding payment). Come to Info on arrival and we'll sort you out!

get yourself sorted early...

Most problems arise because people leave everything to the last minute (don't panic we do this all the time). You'll be able to sort out any issues on arrival day (though you might need to queue), so, it's worth getting in touch with us before you come to site to deal with final payments, substitutions, cancellations or anything else complicated like that.
