We aim to send out an EMAIL to the 'Contact' on each booking around a month before the beginning of the event. This will only go to the 'Contact', so if you have booked as part of a group you will only hear from us if you are the 'Contact' (a bit like a Russian spy movie)!
This email will include details of your camping location and final confirmation of who you are booked with (if in a group). You'll also get a map too!
The contact will also receive wristbands/event passes in the post at in June/July. It's up to the Contact to distribute all the wristbands to the people in their group.
