13. one of my group has dropped out – can someone else take their place?

We’re happy to make substitutions on bookings and the original payment can be transferred to the new person booking.

Substitutions can be done online by logging in to your booking at www.soulsurvivor.com/uk/book. Once you are into your account click on the ‘Transfer’ button on your booking summary and follow the instructions. The original payment will be transferred on to the new person booking.

If event passes have already sent out then these MUST be returned in before a new pass can be issued.

We can only substitute like-for-like: Creche for creche, adult for adult, group leader for group leader. We are NOT able to do substitutions across events.
