We had a great time on Saturday in Nottingham meeting new faces and seeing familiar ones. On arrival everyone helped themselves to tea and coffee and biscuits and we began with Worship led by Ben and teaching from Mike.

We had a short a break and mingled with the youth leaders. There were more tea and biscuits consumed and then we had the first seminar which was led by Jason Gardner. This went really well and the Youth Leaders really engaged with what Jason had to say. We broke again for yet more tea and biscuits and reconvened for a session led by Geoff and Lynne. This was a different kind of seminar but really relevant to where the youth leaders were at. There was lots of space for discussion and reflection. We then broke for tea (or dinner f your from the South!) and a slap up Sainsbury’s buffet – which just stretched with three sandwich triangles left!

The evening meeting began with a panel type question and answer session led my Mike and the team. Lots of opportunity for conversation and questions! Mike even asked his own questions to Geoff, Lynne and Jason! We then entered into a time of worship and ministry in which God moved powerfully in those who came and there was a real time of releasing and refreshing.

We ended at around 9pm with a little more banter and people slowly started on their way back home.

The day was great and so was the atmosphere. Thanks to those who came, hope to see you at the summer and possibly at some of the SoulNet stuff!
